15 Minutes a Day: Staying Fit Without a Gym Membership

The "trucker bod" is a stereotype for a reason. We sit for 11 hours, vibrate down the highway, and eat processed food. But you don't need heavy weights to fight back.
Do laps around your truck. 32 laps around a standard tractor-trailer is roughly a mile. Do a brisk walk while you wait for a door. Use the step of your fuel tank for calf raises or step-ups. Keep a set of resistance bands in the passenger seat—they take up zero space but give you a full-body workout.
Small habits compound. Stretching your hip flexors for 5 minutes during a fuel stop can prevent the back pain that cripples so many drivers. Move your body, or you'll lose it.
